About Stories of Taylor

Stories of Taylor is built from the collective voice of those who have experienced Taylor throughout the years. Telling your story is a powerful way for you to help Taylor encourage others to connect, build relationships and empower one another through listening to our journey and our impact for God and His kingdom.

or through submitting the form online.
If possible, please also send us a photo
and/or video for posting with your photo.

What’s Your Story?

Are you a:

Student with a story about how Taylor University faculty, staff, events, etc positively affected you or someone you know?

  • Was it a story about how the Taylor community came together to meet a need, pray together, or fellowship together?
  • Were you able to achieve more than you thought possible because you were pushed to excel and discover more about you, your passions or your faith?
  • Did a guest speaker or chapel experience move you to the next phase in your integration of faith and academic discovery?
  • Did something happen at an event (Airband, Silent Night) that made you laugh and will forever be a Taylor memory for you? We want to hear it!

Faculty member with a story about how a student’s dedication to relentless discovery and excellence stretched and challenged you?

  • Do you have an accolade to share about an accomplishment made by you, your peer, or your student?
  • Did you witness one student go above and beyond to help another student either during class or outside of class?
  • Do you have a witness to share about your experiences in the world and at Taylor?

Alumni with a story about how Taylor’s intentional community has no boundaries?

  • Do you have a story to share about how the Taylor experience made a difference in your life – in your relationships, in your career, etc

Parent/Grandparent with a story about how the Taylor community and experience has positively affected your child/grandchild?

  • How has Taylor made a difference in the life of you and your child/grandchild?

Staff member with a story about how you or other staff members successfully work with students, faculty, and peers?

  • Do you have a story about what the Life Together Covenant has done for you as you work with peers and in your after work relationships and experiences.

Donor with a witness and testimony about why partnering with Taylor has been such an important decision in your life?

  • Why did you decide that Taylor should have your time, gifts and talents?

Friend who has impacted or been impacted by people or events at Taylor and you want others to know how Taylor has made a difference in your life?

  • Has a Taylor student, faculty member, staff member, alumni, etc made a difference in how you approach life decisions?

Share your story with us by following the guidelines to write your story, or tell the story of someone else. Read through Our Stories for ideas.

Then, submit your story to stories@taylor.edu or fill out the online form. Don’t forget to send a photo or video to make the story real for our audience.
